PATCH X OSL | INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY BLOG

Monthly, we will begin to highlight one of the many amazing vendors we work with, what they do, and why we have partnered with them. As International Women’s Day approaches, we want to highlight a particular invaluable partnership that has made an impact on OSL’s journey over the past five years. We would like to celebrate our collaboration with Patch Design, a dynamic creative agency led by a talented team of amazing women! Specializing in social media, graphic & web design, video, marketing and creative communications, Patch Design has been instrumental in shaping OSL’s growth since 2019.

Since joining forces, Patch has seamlessly integrated with the OSL Marcom team, developing innovative social strategies to elevate OSL’s brand awareness, employee recognition programs and content-focused business goals.

Within the last 5 years and in the face of a global pandemic, Patch and OSL never slowed down. Deb and her team played a central role in the launch of several exciting initiatives including OSL Cares, a program created to support OSL’s corporate social responsibility, establishing partnerships with BGC (formally Boys & Girls club of Canada), helping to organize employee food drives and spearheading the OSL Bursaries program for employees.

Patch also played a pivotal role in the rebranding efforts of OSL, including the design and development of their two new corporate and career websites in 2022.

Through a collaborative approach, Patch significantly bolstered OSL’s social media channels, tripling their online presence across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn within the first two years, and growing their overall presence by 550% within the past five years. Their focus on crafting engaging content not only expanded OSL’s online community but also contributed to enhanced employee engagement and recruitment efforts. Working alongside Patch Design for the past five years has been a rewarding experience and helped OSL grow in exceptional ways. As we reflect on our shared achievements, we extend our sincere gratitude to Deb, Kim and the entire Patch team for all their efforts in helping OSL continue to thrive. Here’s to many more years of partnership and successes to come!
