OSL Retail Services Wins Contract to Revamp Exchange Mobile Centers across CONUS; Unveils Vision for Omni-Channel Experience. Set to Launch Summer 2023
Mississauga, June 5, 2023 – OSL Retail Services, the leading multi-carrier mobile operator in North America with a presence in over 2,000 retail locations, has been awarded a new contract by the Army & Air Force Exchange Service for the retail sale of mobile phones, plans, and accessories under the Exchange Mobile Center brand name in CONUS.
The relaunch and buildout of the new Exchange Mobile Center is set to commence in the summer of 2023. As part of this exciting development, Multi-Carrier Exchange Mobile Center Locations will offer a wide selection of phones from leading manufacturers along with postpaid and prepaid plans, and a comprehensive range of mobile accessories. Domestic home internet services, internet services for travelers and a range of smart home solutions will also be available. Additionally select Exchange Mobile Centers will be dedicated to a single carrier, providing direct-to-home fulfillment for the convenience of all of the Exchange’s customers. In line with the Exchange’s vision for the future of Mobile Centers, a new omni-channel experience will be introduced, featuring a newly developed e-commerce platform with an endless-aisle concept, catering to the needs of the military community.
