Nous croyons que le leadership va au-del\u00e0 des titres et que chaque femme chez OSL a le potentiel de devenir un leader. Nos ateliers offrent un espace s\u00fbr et encourageant aux femmes pour partager leurs histoires, apprendre les unes des autres et grandir ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ateliers-et-initiatives-passionnantes\"><strong>Ateliers et initiatives passionnantes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de notre s\u00e9rie trimestrielle d&rsquo;ateliers de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership pour les femmes, WEship, WE@OSL est ravi d&rsquo;annoncer notre prochain atelier \u00ab\u00a0Leadership pour les non-cadres\u00a0\u00bb le 9 juillet prochain, avec Tanya De Maurivez, directrice du service client. Devenue directrice apr\u00e8s avoir commenc\u00e9 en tant qu&rsquo;administratrice d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration, Tanya est un t\u00e9moignage de la force de la d\u00e9termination et du leadership visionnaire. Lors de la s\u00e9ance de questions-r\u00e9ponses pr\u00e9vue, les id\u00e9es de Tanya inspireront et guideront sans aucun doute les participantes dans leur parcours de leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"l-avenir-de-we-osl\"><strong>L&rsquo;avenir de WE@OSL<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En nous tournant vers l&rsquo;avenir, WE@OSL est pr\u00eat \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 inspirer, d\u00e9velopper et motiver les femmes d&rsquo;OSL. Nos ateliers de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership et l&rsquo;expansion de nos programmes de mentorat sont quelques exemples de la fa\u00e7on dont nous mettons en action notre engagement envers l&rsquo;autonomisation des femmes. L&rsquo;impact de WE@OSL est \u00e9vident dans les commentaires positifs de nos participantes, dont beaucoup ont trouv\u00e9 du mentorat, du soutien et de l&rsquo;inspiration gr\u00e2ce au programme. Nous sommes ravis d&rsquo;\u00eatre t\u00e9moins de la croissance et du succ\u00e8s continus de ce programme. Ensemble, nous pouvons construire une communaut\u00e9 o\u00f9 la voix de chaque femme est amplifi\u00e9e, o\u00f9 ses objectifs sont c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9s et o\u00f9 son potentiel ne conna\u00eet pas de limites.
